2017 Rockwood Ultra Lite 2650ws, clean, no leaks,  no mold. No rodents or bugs (thanks to the barn cats). We have owned since March 2022.  We readied it for long road trips around the country but never went due to 92yr old moving in with us,we take care of her. We have stored it in our barn, winterized & heater in it during winter. Had roof professionally replaced,  new breaks, new smoke detector,  new carbon monoxide detector,  new fire extinguisher, new goodyear tires,  & repacked bearings, Features: sliders have awnings,  air conditioning,  paddle fan/light, entertainment center,  fireplace,  real maple cabinets (screwed together not stapled & glued),  couch unfolds into a bed, full size linen closet in bathroom as well as laundry chute to underneath storage area.  Queen bed & the bedroom has lots of closet and cabinet space, outdoor BBQ that attaches outside the trailer and a mounting spot for bringing the TV outside, as well as an outside shower, & electric rear stabilizers.   This  is just shy of 30ft, measuring in at 29ft 8in.  Most Federal and State Parks only allow up to 30ft. .
