Tires and batteries a year old, Very good condition, and has a mounted spare tire. Am the third owner, first one had RV in covered parking, bought from second owner who had unit about a year and his wife had issues ridding in unit. They mover from Wisconsin to Texas where I bought the motor home January 31 of this year. My wife hs serious issues riding in a motor home therefoe I am selling it with regrets. Unit has been well maintained and is in good condition.
