This 2014 Entegra Coach Anthem 44A is privately owned by the second owner and has been garage kept, well maintained, and properly serviced. It currently has approximately 51,000 miles and is built on the Spartan chassis.This coach drives extremely smooth and quiet and is one of the more luxurious mid- to high-range motorhomes on the market. We were told at Spartan school that this motor is not considered fully broken in until around 75,000 miles, so with 51,000 miles, the engine still has a lot of life ahead of it.All eight tires are within expiration specifications and are approximately 4 to 5 years old. engine batteries were replaced in 2023.The interior is very comfortable and luxurious, featuring a full-size refrigerator, full-size microwave, washer and dryer, large closet, and plenty of storage throughout. It has four TVs, including one outside. The coach also includes a large exterior awning, an outside electric built-in cooler, and large roll-out cargo bay trays for easy access.This motorhome is also well equipped for colder weather, with heated floors and an electric fireplace. Inside, there is a spacious work area with an extendable booth table and very comfortable seating.We are hoping to pass this coach on to someone who will love it and take care of it the way we have. We have a lot of great information and a detailed maintenance schedule to pass along to the new owner. I am also willing to make myself available for questions, calls, or service help for an extended period after the sale.
