2025 Flagstaff Microlite 25'11", weighs 5499. I am in my 70's and went from a motorhome to this bunkhouse Flagstaff. I thought I could handle the towing and work associated with it,but has proven too much for this old man. Just bought it in February and have only used it a few times. Added factory options are: an extra 200 watts of solar totaling 400 watts on the roof, upgraded to two 100 AMP Litime LIthium batteries, power stabilizer jacks, awning over the slide out, second max air fan inside, outside TV, also put in spice racks, drawer in the wardrobe, other custom storage nooks. Includes fresh water and black water hoses, wheel chalks, leveling pads, some pots and pans, silverware and other extras. Have mattress pad, new sheets and blanket to fit the Murphy bed also included. Retailing for approximately 39.000 at dealers not including the options.
