2023 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite 2205S

My trailer is a 1 owner low mileage travel trailer that is ready for a new home (campground). I purchased the trailer in 2023 from a dealership in west virginia. From west virginia i took it on trip to missouri and from Missouri I towed it home to PA where it has been winterized covered and stored on pavement for 2 years. I calculate the mileage to be at 2-2500 miles and the days of use 6-8 weeks. It got 1 summer or 2 months of use immediately after purchase.  Everything is operational and in perfect condition. Viewings welcomed and encouraged.
