This Jayco is nearly new. For real. Used once or twice but mostly stored. Never lived in. 

This rig is extremely roomy with both slide outs opened. You will be pleasantly surprised by how open and airy the interior is. Maximum sleeping count is listed at TEN! Wow!

SOLAR! Keeps the batteries charged up and the refrigerator cold! Speaking of cold, there are two roof air conditioners.

The tongue jack is powered which makes hooking up much easier. 

The interior is very efficient. Lots of counter space, cabinet storage. Roomy refrigerator. And, the interior is gorgeous! 

It has both an oven and a microwave, so you can heat up two different dishes at the same time. 

There’s even an outdoor kitchen! 

AND, there are two doors! The rear door leads directly into the bathroom, which is handy if your shoes are muddy. Right?

If you have a bigger family, or you like to have visitors, the spaciousness will be very welcome, for sure.

This is not a lightweight, at 7,915 pounds empty, but even with water, propane, groceries, etc, the total rated weight is just over 10,000 pounds, which many modern half ton pickups can handle comfortably. 

And, the value is excellent…our price is just a little bit more than half the original price three years ago. Especially considering it’s nearly new condition!
