This trailer is in excellent, like new, condition. We winterize each year and cover in the off season. Tires are covered all the time. We empty and flush tanks after each use. The trailer has been well maintained and is super clean.

This 24' trailer sleeps up to 5. The couch folds down to make room for a queen size murphy bed. We've added a 4" mattress topper for extra comfort. It stores away easily (with bedding) when not in use. There are 2 extra wide bunks in the back and the dinette converts to a bed as well. There is a full bath and kitchen. All appliances are in excellent working condition, including the heater and AC. The awning is also in great working condition. We still have all warranty paperwork for appliances and add ons. 2 brand new batteries just replaced. Includes Tow Hitch and brand new canvas cover.

There is ample storage under the dinette, in the two closets, and multiple cabinets.
