This luxurious Newell coach has been lightly used and never lived in, with only 23,000 miles on the odometer. No pets or smoking. The entire interior shows as new, with very little usage. As an example, exterior grill and TV have never been used We selected a new leather recliner this last year at Newell we loved that has never been sat in. The coach is gorgeous in and out. We had all new tires installed 1 year ago, the coach needs nothing. The coach is still under the factory, bumper to bumper, warranty until next April! The generator has been used very little as well. In addition, we had the complete PDI stage 3 engine upgrade installed including the smooth flowing intake and exhaust manifolds, improving both mileage and power.

We store the coach in a climate controlled building set at 75 degrees year round with an additional dehumidifier to keep everything like new.
