This RV is in very good condition. The unit is owned and maintained by an experienced RV repair shop owner. I fixed all of the issues maintenance related that I considered unsatisfactory from the factory. There are zero leaks, roof is all solid. The interior is all in very good condition. The couches have started flaking but thats very common for these RV couches. It never bothered us but slip on covers are the easiest fix. The RV has been kept and stored under cover when not in use. It’s currently empty and set up to show everything works here at my shop. Tires, brakes, and lights are all good. Road ready now.
