Hi there. My name is Carol Koon and I am located in the Belmont RV Park. I am helping my clients sell their motorhome. It is a beautiful, custom painted 2018 Phaeton 40 IH. This motorhome was ordered special for them and I know because I ordered it for them when I worked for a Tiffin Dealer, Sherman RV, in Sherman MS. They have loved this motorhome and they still do, but the time has come to settle in a permanent place. Over the years that they have owned the motorhome, starting with the title date of 8/9/2018 that is printed on this clear and clean title that I hold in my hand, they have put just a little over 54000 miles on her. They call her "Roamie" and their Roamie has taken them anywhere and everywhere they have wanted to travel. Of course, we all know how important maintenance is for these coaches, and there will be a stack of records that come with this coach. The owners did "full time" in this coach, and service records span many miles from Red Bay AL to Belmont MS and Golden MS to various Tiffin Rally locations and all points in between. As full timers they were very conscious of anything that needed tended to in order to keep them mobile. There is no wear on the furniture nor were there children to spread their own brand of "love" around the coach.aka destruction, but there was a sweet pup who did accompany them in their travels.

Along the way, they made some good changes to this coach. Here is a list of mods that were performed:

Custom Paint Color with Slide Out Ends Paintedlisted on the build sheet for $5075

Girard Patio Awning.listed on the build sheet for $1450

The Factory Installed Slide Topper and Window Awnings were replaced at the Girard Factory in Red Bay AL in 2021

Galley Window listed on the build sheet for $580

"See Thru Awning" on Driver Side Living Room Window

Carpet removed on the slide out floors in the coach and replaced with LVT

New Side By Side Refrigerator to replace the factory installed fridge 7/19/24

--fridge, LVT work performed by MSRV in Golden MS

Satellite Dish - Winegard Traveler installed By RV Electronics in Golden MS 9-12-18 to replace the satellite that was damaged by a low hanging wire

Added 2nd slide tray in basement, original build sheet lists 1 on order. Trevor Nichols did the work along with dash cover, wheel covers, step covers, and vent covers on 7-31-18

Electric Theatre Seats that make a sofa and replaced the Driver and Passenger Seats to match the ultra leather of the Theatre Seats and added Lumbar Support in the Captains Chairs

New House and Cranking Batteries 5/31/2024

RV Roof Armor Sealant/Paint Treatment 9/18/2023 by SaBrina's RV & Auto Detailing Red Bay AL

Shelf added over the bed for a C Pap Machine
