I am the second owner of this RV which I bought in Tennessee. It only had one air conditioner which was in the living room. I had the second AC unit installed by local RV shop. Replaced TV with smart TV and tinted the windows. All internal lights were replaced with LED low wattage lighting. Installed new kitchen sink faucet and bathroom toilet. Replaced tires with better tires that have higher pressure rating. I have all the original paperwork for camper which will be provided to new owner.

Camper comfortably sleeps 6 and the spacious floorplan makes any camping experience enjoyable. There is ample storage for chairs, umbrellas, camping stoves, griddles, and other items.

Price is negotiable since the theater seating and couch need to be replaced. I decided not to replace the theater seats and couch because I figured new owners would rather pick out the furniture they would want, and I'm prepared to adjust the price accordingly.
