PERFECT FOR A COUPLE The 2016 Keystone Cougar Half-Ton 26SABWE. We have had professionally serviced each year. So everything is in working order. May 2025, we installed new Electronic 18-foot awning, new tires and two new batteries. (was not planning on selling) but health issues win. Over the course of time, we have replaced many things, and it is now set up for perfect for a couple. The bedroom has an oversized custom-made Brooklynn mattress. It's larger than the standard queen but not as large as a standard king. (Use king sheets) Makes it a bit tight to walk around bed but the sleeping is perfect. We loved this bed so much bought same mattress for our house.

The living area has a popout slider that increases living area. Equipped with two recliners. Replaced originals as they started to sag. We removed the love seat as we wanted the space for our dog bed and did not want trip hazards. New 36"-inch RUKO -TV. The wrap around dinette was removed for free standing table and two swivel chairs on casters. We found it impossible to slide into that dinette and we never traveled with little ones. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven (never used) :) refrigerator, microwave.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink with storage cabinet, medicine cabinet with mirror, and toilet,

This travel trailer is easy to tow and setup. Features automatic leveling jacks, and awning. We had special door locks put in so we could leave open in windy conditions and enjoy breezes. Heater and AC work all in good order. Has polar pack so it stays warm in colder conditions. I have towed last couple years with F150 with no issues. I currently use airbags. But use to use sway bars. Which I still have and can sale separately. (If you want, we will sale for ADD $400) the hardware is already set up on trailer "or" I will need to remove if you don't want buy) We also have a generator that will run the RV when boon docking. That can be purchased separately.
