Motor Home is a diesel pusher Model T370 (RV Trader did not have the correct model listed). Interior is in good to very good shape with a few changes undertaken from the original plan. TInstead of a booth for eating, a table and hutch were installed and the couch replaced. The main cabin's carpeting was replaced with vinyl-wood. while the two bathroom basins and lighting fixtures were updated. Most of the lighting was changed from incandescent to LED. A Externally, three solar panels have been added for battery maintenance. Over time, there has been water intrusion, however all issues were repaired promptly (roof and vents) when noticed. Rear tires were replaced 2 1/2 years ago, while the front were replaced 4 1/2 years ago. The one issue that is of concern is with rust in the basement structure.
