Up for sale is our 2023 Alliance RV Paradigm 395DS. We used this 4-5 times over the past 2 years of ownership, but now we are looking to make a change to a different floor plan due to our children whom have outgrown the loft.

6. Pantry Upgrade with pull out drawers instead of the useless, messy shelves stock from the factory

7. Optional Reese Goosebox or Std 5th wheel pin hitch

1. We removed both of the stock love seats and replaced with residential full leather recliners. We have a mechanical release recliner in the slide closest to TV, and a dual power recliner to replace the stock one.

2. We also removed the table and installed another full leather, manual recline love seat.

3. BLU triple water filtration system and water softener system installed and ready if interested.

4. Can deliver too if needed for extra cost.

We have the stock loveseats (manual pull out bed + power recliner) along with the table. We can sell it with 2 of the leather love seats + table, all 3 new leather love seats, or the stock love seats and table. Please contact me for questions or options. We are flexible.

The RV has no issues, maintenance has been completed, any warranty issues have been taken care of, and it is ready to go. We have talked with Dealers about trading, but for anyone who knows anything about the MORyde IS and disc brakes will understand why this option is needed on these big trailers. It pulls great, bumps do not affect it and the disc brakes are AWESOME.
