2022 Heritage Glen 310bhi 39ft travel trailer. We are the original owners and this camper is amazing! Only reason we are parting with it is we just dont have the opportunity to camp anymore. This camper has 3 slide-outs (living room, kitchen, bunk room). Bunk room has 2 bunks and an open floor for an air mattress or what ever you would like. The living room has a Thomas Payne couch/recliner with accent lights and electric fireplace. The kitchen has an island!! Gas stove, range hood, fridge and yes a PANTRY!!! The bathroom has a porcelain toilet not a plastic one. Full shower that myself at 60 and my son who is 62 can easily take a shower in. The bathroom has plenty of storage including a towel cabinet. The master has a queen bed with an added mattress topper. The master also has a closet that has WASHER&DRYER hook ups! The outside has an outdoor kitchen with metal counter, sink, fridge, cabinets and were throwing in a black stone grill! There is a ladder in the rear to the roof which has a solar panel and two a/c units. If you like camping at the beach two a/c units is a must! The camper has an added back up camera with screen for the vehicle. Outdoor shower, electric stabilizers. 2 power operated awnings. There are 2 propane tanks. Water heater is propane and electric. This camper also has vacuum bonded Alina fram sidewalls and floor. This camper has some expensive upgrades as well. 1) we had a professional fabricated tongue and hitch installed due to the flimsy ones that comes from the factory and a new electric jack that has been modified to allow u to access and lower a trucks tail gate. The suspension has been upgraded with MORyrde shock absorbers that has made a HUGE differencenot cheap but worth it!!! The camper will also come with all the equipment you need to go camping on day one! Sewer lines, water hose/supply hoses, 50amp power cord, power surge protector, water hook ups to include water filter, leveling ramps, leveling blocks for stabilizers, tv cable, black stone grill, spare tire, two upgraded tires and portable waste tank when needed. Camper has 3 grey tanks and one black tank. Tanks have tank heaters so you can camp in cold weather (camper has cold wreath package). Will come with 3 TVs and a DVD player. Family room TV can be moved and mounted outside on a bracket for outside watching. Last but not least a full weight distribution hitch with stabilizer bar also comes with this awesome ready to go set up! We paid over $50,000 for this camper.
