Very clean unit, no damage, used only a few times by a retired couple. Features front twin beds (no climbing over your partner!) 2021 was the last year that Forest River offered this. Very light & airy w/ large windows! Galley has nice storage, including a 2 burner gas cooktop w/ a matching Corian cover, a full size fridge w/ a separate freezer on top. It also has a built-in full sz. microwave/convection oven & a large barrel sink w/ hot & cold water. The small head is equipped w/ a "wet shower". The rear wraparound dinette seats 4 & can be lowered for another cozy sleeping space for 2. The hanging locker has been converted to shelves for ample clothes storage & the flat screen TV is above the pantry (w/shelves). It has a rooftop a/c unit, plus an exhaust fan (in the head), along w/ a propane furnace. There's a compact central vac w/ a dustpan for easy clean-up! The outside features a large "Thule" power awning, a TV hook-up & a pull-out "bush kitchen" (2 burner gas, w/ prep area). There's a black tank flush & a high pressure exterior spray port & water hook-ups. A generous amount of accesories/gear is included, w/ ample storage space, accessed through 3 outside doors. A "Fastway E2 (trunion bar) hitch was added @ the dealer ($550 value), for stable, secure towing. Unit can easily be towed by most vehicles, as it weighs under 3000 lbs.
