The 2021 Forest River Palomino Puma 16QBX is a practical and compact travel trailer that is perfect for all your road trip adventures. This puma is a little narrower than most travel trailers. It's only 7 feet across and 21 feet long, and it's light weight (3,172 lbs) make it ideal for towing with a smaller vehicle. We bought this because it was well within the weight limits of our Nissan Frontier pickup truck. The TV Trader listing platform forces you to choose a Trim, and 16QBX isn't listed, so I had to choose 421LFT, but it is really a 16QBX Palomino Puma

This trailer made a short 30 mile trip from the dealer to our home, and hasn't been on the road since then (about 4 years ago). We used this as a spare bedroom during a house remodel project, so this RV is practically new and ready to hit the open road. The build-in sound system features AM-FM radio, with Bluetooth connectivity and a remote control. The trailer came with an external TV antenna, but no TV, so we added a small flat screen TV over the dinette area, which can be seen from there or from the bed.

Outside, the PUMA boasts a modern paint scheme on durable metal siding construction and aerodynamic shape make for a smooth ride, while the sturdy tires and suspension ensure a comfortable journey. The exterior also features an outside shower compartment, and a large storage compartments for all your gear and supplies, so you can bring everything you need for your trip. Press the button and it's open, and another press closes it. And we hope you never need it, but there is a spare tire on the back bumper, with a weather cover to protect it.

Our local Palomino dealer said they would sell this lightly used trailer for about $14,600, and they J D Power Value Preview indicated the "Used Wholesale - Trade-In Value is $11,300. They indicated that this value is important, because that's the most a bank would lend to finance it. We are just a private party that wants to get it sold, so you can have it for our asking price of $9,900. We also have a "Eaz Lift Elite Round Bar" weight distributing Hitch System with an anti-sway bar, that we will consider including with the sale.
