I have a very nice 2020 Jayco 284BHS for sell. Only reason for selling we bought a motor home. It has been used very little we used it 1 week a year for vacation & maybe 3-4 weekends a year. Except for 1 trip about 200 miles all other trips have been in state local camp grounds. Things I added was a custom built receiver (I built) thats very strong will handle anything you would want to tow with it. And I also installed a stainless city water connection (done away with the cheap plastic one) & I also installed a couple brackets on the bumper to hold a transfer tank (for gray & black water). I had to replace the door panel on the outside cooking area (because I clipped my mailbox its white the other doors are a very light gray but hardly even noticeable. Only damage is the trim around that same door is bent very little again hardly noticeable inside of that same door has a very small damage spot from that same accident. Thats all the damage on the outside. Inside only damage is scratch on the side of the cabinet as you come in the door (from having utensils hanging that we didnt think of hitting the wall as we drove down the road. Other is on the furnace door where the frig temperature was set too high & to condensation ran down on it. Both these areas I made look better with a magic marker (the pictures of this damage is B/4 I used the marker on it). Im also letting the sway bar & weigh distribution bars & hitch go with it and the battery is 1 year old. It has always been stored under a carport & also covered with a RV cover (last winters winds tore it up so this spring I though it away. It has never had a roof leak or plumbing leaks.
