2018 Keystone Cougar 31SQB, purchased new in June 2017. I live alone, very seldom cook and do not smoke. The microwave and awning have never been used in 8 years. I converted the second bedroom to my office and can easily be converted back to 3 bunks with new mattresses. The third bunk has been my desk and just needs to be flipped and reinstalled to original place, I still have the hardware. The outdoor kitchen has been removed and converted to storage. The trailer has been very well maintained with more than $6K in upgrades since 04/2024 which include two new 5100lb axles, 310 Dometic toilet, second rooftop ac in 05/25 and dicor of roof seams in 07/25. I lost a wheel while driving on the highway from Clovis, NM to Roswell, NM about 9 months ago. Replaced 1 tire and wheel, Two jpanels were mangled and removed, need replacement (see photos).
