Everything works. A/C, heat, hot water, 2 batteries, 2 automatic awnings. Roof has no soft spots.

Clean very well maintained trailer. We are only the second owners. Clean inside. Outside needs a power wash.

No pets and no smoking.

Everything is in working order. Plenty of storage and space.

One issue is that, one arm of the larger awning is bent. Still functional.
