Selling because life changes and you have to adapt. This RV was purchased and used by a family for about 3 camping trips and then they sold it to me where my son and I have lived in it full time for the last 3.5 years. In the last year I have replaced and professionally installed, a new french door refigerator (electric only), a new AC unit over main livingroom. I have replaced all 4 tires by Les Swab and I had a gear changed in one of the slides, that now goes out when you push the IN button, but it works. There is an in unit washer/dryer. Full size oven (propane) Heat is propane, not electrical.

Here is what everyone wants to now, what is "wrong" with it. This RV only has the original table and chairs, everything else has been removed and replaced with stand alone furniture. The slide with the table has linolium floor and of course, it is split down the entire slide side. I have covered it with rugs and it has done great. There is a tear in the linoleum near the sink. Underneath, there is no generator but there does seem to be something there, that I have never used, that might be the "converter" for the generator? I did have a pump leak and cause wires to smolder. Those wires, per the Medford RV repair, goes to the maceator, which I never used, so I didnt repair it. Pump that leaked has been disconnected because I never dry camped where I needed to use it.

Now, the peice that looks worse than it really is! (cheesy grin) I learned to tow this rig myself and the first time I needed gas, well I found out that you have to join the Semi's, you are no longer welcome in the "auto" section. You want to know why there are cement arches that protect those tanks, well "it's me, I am the problem". : ). Again, per the Brothers RV repair in Medford OR, it is not structural, but rather it can be "pounded out" and made to look new again. Why didnt I replace it? Well, I moved every 3 months for my job and they never could get the part in before I moved again.

What I am willing to offer - for full price! I will leave the Love Sac couch with the black faux leather covers, the 2 Ikea chairs wing back (plastic wicker) chairs, they are $300 a piece normally, (no cushions), the fireplace, TV in both master bedroom and living room and the shelves with the green bins. I will add the RV front stabilizer also
