We reduced the price from 22K to 18K to account for the unit deficiencies; Though Beautiful, The RV has some fading and weather stripping areas that need replacing. Two minor areas on the inside has some face paper pulling away, both really small and easily repairable. These are Original Tires that show signs of drying out and will need to be replaced soon, the small door flap is missing on the passenger side, but everything works fine, and the fender on the passenger side needs to be replaced because part of it is missing, both entry Doors work great, but the pvc panel on the interior side are dry cracking,, but no issues other than cosmetic.

Other than these minimal items, its an amazing RV, thats very homie inside.
