Custom 2016 Arctic Fox Model 992

- The exterior is in good shape; however, the roof has a few patches (proper repair)
- The interior is completely custom, entirely different from the original
- for an 8' truck bed; dually is best to carry this

What makes this really different from most:
- Customized by the owners, who have 30+ years of RV ownership and customized this camper to reduce weight and increase true liveability...made by folks who actually camp, rather than by folks trying to sell
- Unlike the original design, this camper is completely usable even with the slide-out left in; you can enter the camper, walk to the bed, and access the open bedroom area easily (before, you couldn't even enter the cabin, and the bedroom was completely shut off unless the slide-out was open). This is a GREAT feature, especially when you're trying to make mileage and park overnight at Walmart or some other non-campsite place.
- We installed a very large picture window in the kitchen...very few campers/trailers have as many windows and as much light as this one...we like to see out! Also, there are 2 skylights.
- we removed the shower to enlarge the living area/kitchen, and left only the commode, which is cleverly disguised as a bench seat; not much privacy when in use but that's okay with us and alot of campers...folks wanting a separate "dry bath" or "wet bath" will be disappointed.
- many unique features, a wood stove, large kitchen sink, custom shelves/clothes racks that work much better than the originals.
- we removed the hot water heater for additional storage space

Drawbacks:
- no dry/wet bath; little privacy when using the hidden loo
- no hot water heater
- no A/C or furnace; a wood stove and we use portable propane/electric space heaters
- sleeps only 2
- side awning removed (saved 100s of pounds of weight); the awning over the back is large enough to cover the door and steps and room for a couple chairs
