2016 Forest River 26RR Toy-hauler that was customized during the manufacturing process. The toilet is a Nature's Head composting toilet. The original toilet is also included if you don't care for a composting one. This made the heated grey water tank an extra fresh water tank, doubling your fresh water capacity. The grey water tank has never been used for sewage. This camper was customized during manufacturing specifically to have the Nature's Head toilet in it. The toyhauler is in very good condition. It includes two large propane tanks, extra cushion covers and custom locking drawstring vinyl tablecloth, excellent short queen deep mattress, tv, leveling jacks, retractable awning, portable water softener, detached stairs with railings, solar panel. This toyhauler has been well taken care of.

We had this camper parked at a lake for six months (the park's season) for three years. We transported our electric golf cart with it. Plenty of room to sleep 4. Full under bed storage that runs to the outside locked door. Storage closets on each side of the bed and two large storage cabinets above the bed.

The bathroom is plenty big enough to get ready for your day. Large enclosed shower, the extra fresh heated water tank comes in handy here. Enclosed storage space above the toilet to hold necessities.

Kitchen are is very workable space. Refrigerator, freezer and gas stove do the job well.

The tv/entertainment area is convenient and suited our needs too. Storage cabinets underneath that area too. Large overhead storage cabinets in the main space, and large netted cubby space held plenty stuff too. The drop down ramp is fully enclosed with gated railings. Also included are the fiberglass stairs with railings. Please note the stairs are cross-listed for sale as a single camping item. If they sell before the camper I'll edit this listing immediately to remove them. There's a tv mount on the outside of the camper as well as an outside shower. There are speakers on the outside too. The electric awning is retractable too.

All paperwork and manuals to this camper are included. It's been stored covered at our home. No off-site storage facilities used.

This camper is an easy haul too.
