Several items have also been added. 2 6v Trojan deep cycle batteries, towel holders, JT strong arm stabilizers, BFG Commercial TA tires, axle flip for ground clearance and to better match hight of most 4x4 trucks, upgraded suspension with wet bolts, small bedroom TV, probably more I'm forgetting.

I'm the second owner, it's been stored inside for the 9 years I've owned it and barely used in the last 7 years (young kid and then got divorced and just haven't had the time/motivation/need for something this large). Other than needing a good wash it looks near new inside and out.

I have all the original manuals and a copy of the orignal invoice/build sheet. The Andersen fifth wheel hitch (adapter for a gooseneck ball) can go with it for a little extra money if you'd like, it tows great with it.

It does have some minor damage to the side skirt and exhaust pipe on the drivers side. Works fine as is and never bothered me enough to get it repaired. I wouldn't expect that repair to cost more than a few hundred dollars if it's a concern.
