We are the second owners of this coach. It has been stored inside for the 7 years we have owned it. 350 Cat Diesel ( NO DEF); Allison Transmission. Onan Generator serviced yearly. Overall very good, updated condition. No smoking no pets.

New PVC Roof - 2024 with 12 year warranty. New Refrigerator - 2023; New Water heater - 2022; New Flooring 2022 (LVP and carpet); Both AC's replaced; New back up camera; New kitchen Faucet, Roku TVs, Weingard Togo rooftop wi-fi for TV and Internet (works great).
Everything works. Easy setup. Tow car is 2013 Honda Fit with appx 56,000 miles. Roadmaster tow bar connects quickly.
