1994 Roadtrek class b motorhome is 19' long. Runs great. Low miles on tires (virtually new). Everything works except the gas gauge (we use the tripometer to know when to get gas). All a/c and heat sources work (driving area a/c & heat work, gas furnace works, bed area a/c works). Roof vent works. Large rear bed can convert to a dinette (table included). Toilet works. Sink works. 2 burner gas stove works. 3-way fridge works. Awning works. Windows and screens are functional. No generator. I think the microwave works, but haven't used it. Water pump for the sink was replaced in 2020. Engine battery was replaced in 2023. We have had it 5 years. Not used much, but well maintained. Non-smokers. No pets have traveled in it in our time. $5,700 FIRM. Please do not even ask to negotiate. It's old, but totally functional and worth every penny.
