Origin: Built in 1974 at the original Alaskan Camper plant in South Dakota.
Ownership: The current owner since 2014 and has made several improvements.
Renovations and upgrades :Complete replacement of the interior and exterior electrical wiring (110V and 12V).
Recent Installation of a newer Atwood Hydro flame 7900 series furnace with interior ducting.
This furnace is very powerful and capable of handling heating camper off 12 volt in sub-zero temperatures.
Also added PF 400 B valves to regulate hydraulic fluid flow for each lifting ram, a recommendation from Alaskan Campers.
Three-burner propane stove, 110V refrigerator. Newer window vents that can completely darken the interior.
Used for extensive travel across the American West, Southwest, and Canada.
Supported by a 3/4-ton short box Ford initially, and more recently, a 1-ton Dodge with an 8-foot bed.

Sleeping capacity 2-3, the table stored in the ceiling can be lowered to create space for a queen-size bed in both the upper cab-over area and the lower seating area. Note :Alaskan Campers are known for being the only hard-sided, pop-up truck campers on the market. Described as sturdy and nimble, designed for all four seasons. They provide a more aerodynamic profile while traveling and expanded living space when parked ! The telescopic design allows for raising and lowering the camper with a hydralic pump.
