It has all of the packages offered for this unit including: Peace of Mind, Ultimate Power, Arctic 4 Seasons, and Solar Package. The solar panels will run everything in the unit at the same time minus the AC. Additionally RV Armor locks, electric stabilizer jacks, rear back up camera, and level mate pro have been installed. The weight distribution hitch will stay with the trailer as well as many other goodies that we have purchased for camping. All services have been completed and new tires were recently put on. The reclining chairs in the living room are lighted and also offer heat and massage. There are two ac units installed and during the summer in the south, it will get too cold on the inside with both units running. We have taken the queen mattress off of the main bed and replaced it with a memory foam full mattress to allow easier mobility in the room. There is a 32" tv installed in the main room as well as the living room and a soundbar added in the living room. Everything works as it should and we have power and water available at our home to allow potential buyer's to see that everything is in order. There is about a year and a half left of a 5 year transferable warranty that I will also pass on to the new buyer. Title in hand.
