We have been using the trailer as a tiny home for visitors when they visit. Non-smoking, no pets - very clean!! We have entertained a handful of visitors and have decided to add on to our house instead of using the trailer.

Our guests have never used the trailer plumbing. We routinely cycle water through the system to keep all fixtures, tanks, and lines in working order. Only cycled gray water with septic treatment is currently in the black water tank.

The trailer has been parked in the shade in our backyard on its leveled jacks since we brought it home brand new from the local RV dealer here in Mesa in September 2022.
