2008 Gulfstream Independence 8360 front end diesel. Rare bunkhouse model, sleeps 8. 2 Slide Outs. Cummings diesel, freightliner chassis. 152,700 miles. Onan 8,000 quiet diesel generator with low hours. Tires in good shape. Exterior does have some dents and dings due to age. Recent oil change, service and front end alignment. Generator just serviced as well.  New automatic stabilizer leveling system controls and pump. Unit always well maintained when in use, but has not been used much in a few years and has some items needing repairs. Before I spend the time / money to make repairs, I am offering for sale at a price well below market value for someone that may be interested in making these repairs themselves. Below are a few items I am aware of the coach needing:

1. Rear slideout topper awning has a tear and needs replacing.

2. Passenger side front glass has partially came out of the seal. Needs re-seating or could caulk open area.

3. Onan generator needs a new cable ran to be able to control remotely from inside of coach

I'm sure there are other minor items just due to age and not being in use.  There are some soft spots in the plywood of the ceiling due to age and you can see a few spots where water has seeped in through the roof vents / seals over the years, but roof was just recoated as stated above.  Ive tried to show as many photos as possible to give a fair description of the motorhome and its condition.  Check engine comes and goesIve had 2 mechanics look at it and they have both said it is an egr valve that is sticking and is a very common issue with rvs that have not been in use for a while.  None of the items listed above are keeping the coach from being able to be used if you choose not to make the repairs.
