Sorry for the delay in answering inquiries. After further inspections, I just could not sell it as is. I'm installing a new AC system for the front driver's area air conditioning, which will cost me at least $1500-$2000. I thought it only needed freon I'm still waiting for the final price for the new compressor and all the other parts needed. The new AC system is being installed now by certified RV guy. The fridge isn't working very well, so I had it pulled out for a new one that will be an electric plug in only (its what ALL the RV places said I should do).cleaned out a lot of mud dobbers too. Lastly, I am putting in a brand new, very nice 70-inch RV sleeper couch in the slide-out. Still only 25,500 miles on the Cummins. It should be all done within next 2 weeks. Life is to short to sell anyone a problem. I want this unit turn key ready to go with NO issues. Price will be firm. I just want to get most of my money back that I put into it.

I'm not the one doing the technical work - RV repair person with decades of experience working on these things.
