If you are in the market for a pre-DEF, diesel pusher, with a ton of recent upgrades, extensive methodic care, and is an immaculately clean RV inside and out, this 1999 Newmar Mountain Aire 4080 is definitely worth taking a look at! Built with industry leading construction and quality care, this coach sports a laundry list of features and awesome specifications. To begin, the chassis is a Spartan Mountain Master powered by a 5.9L ISB Cummins 24 Valve that’s mated to a 6 speed Allison transmission. The exterior sports a well-maintained and clean full-body paint and the awning has the upgraded metal weather-guard shield which has kept the fabric in excellent condition. The extra-large pass-through storage is also a big plus, ensuring you have plenty of space to bring along all of your camping gear, and then some!

When you enter this coach, you’ll notice that Newmar went the extra mile back in the day when they put in the extra plush, multi-point control Flexsteel captains’ chairs. In the main living area of the coach, you have a fold out sleeper sofa as well as a movable loveseat for movie viewing on those rainy days at the campground. The upholstery, tile flooring and cabinetry are in great shape with little signs of wear or tear. This unit also has a Kenmore washer and dryer stackable units to give you a bit of extra convenience if you need to wash the dog’s muddy towels after a long hike in the woods, or keep your clothes clean on a longer trip. The HWH hydraulic leveling system will make sure that your stay is stable and comfortable, no one likes to fall out of an uneven bed in the middle of the night.

The roof of this RV was fully replaced in the past few years, the flooring throughout is new (and looks fantastic!) and the couches inside are also new. There is a long laundry list of upgrades and maintenance that have been done on this coach, and it truly is an example of an excellent quality RV that has been cared for with great love.
