Trailer is in excellent condition to travel with the whole family. Perfect space to live in full time. This trailer is hardly used. We moved out of state. Front living makes for a very spacious trailer. Kitchen is nice and open. Up stairs has two beds for kids to sleep comfortably in their own space. Back bedroom has king sized bed. 5 slides. We added slide toppers to the slides. Dealerships want to consign and sell it for 65,000 let’s make a deal so we can skip the dealership. I have title in hand. It has not moved since we purchased from the dealership brand new one owner. We stayed in it while we moved to our new home out of state. Trailer has solar panel on top. Electric jacks. Two entrance doors. Bathroom is nice with walk in shower the ceilings are very tall through the whole unit. Washer and dryer hook up under the stairwell never used. Shower was used less than 5 times since we used the house more than the trailer was just for sleeping. Never used the oven hardly ever cooked in it while we had it. Basically brand new.
