Stored/used in a garage for all but one season making this home away from home virtually new with almost no UV exposure or being shaken on the road. The first owner used this trailer for one year, then stored it in a shade port for the second year. We bought this trailer and used it in a large garage while building our custom home. Everything functions well with minimal wear. The shower and toilet were also infrequently used because we built a full bathroom in the garage. This trailer has the Northwest package with heated and insulted underbelly, a built-in electric fireplace and an oversized 61gal clean water tank.

The 26DBUD is the perfect family travel trailer, with one slide-out, double bunks at one end and a queen bedroom at the other, (see attached floorplan). The bathroom is accessible internally as well through a separate outside door, so no muddy tracks through the unit! The Versa Lounge is configurable with movable dividers/pillows to exchange dining space for couch length. You also get a fireplace (heater), full kitchen with glass-fronted cabinetry and large pantry, modern marbled interior decor, a U-dinette, and the customizable Versa-Lounge with Stow N Go Storage. The outdoor grill has never been used, the outdoor fridge only minimally used. Length is 33'6", 15K BTU ducted AC with quick cool. Also included is a new mounted TV, sway bar hitch and leveling blocks.

This trailer has spent it's life in dry AZ and only been exposed to the elements for one season, making it virtually new but competitively priced at 2021 rates.
