This is a very nice trailer but is priced low because of water damage above the slider due to a bad seal. The slider itself needs an adjustment and does not work well, but for a handyman, this would be a nice project.

All appliances work and everything else works as it should. Bunkhouse Floorplan and it sleeps 11. It will need a new battery. Hoping to sell and use proceeds to upgrade to a fifth wheel. Stored indoors.

Tires are less than a year old and have less than 1000 miles on them. WIFI extender installed and has electric hitch upgrade.
