We just purchased our second Mobile Suites by Doubletree RV. For sale is the 2004 DRV MOBILE SUITES 33RS3, a luxurious Fifth Wheel trailer designed for those who crave comfort and style on the road. We are the third owner of the trailer having purchased it over two years ago from a friend of a friend. The DRV brand is known for its attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship. This is one of the best made RV's available. Real wood cabinets and high quality throughout including Central Vac by Dirt Devil. The floorplan is super functional and is such that you could live in this fulltime. We've used it about six weeks during the last two years and has been parked under cover for the last 7 months. The RV has a history of no pets or smoking during its lifetime. The truck is not for sale and is not included in this listing.
Features a washer/dryer combo unit, stove with oven, Onan 5500 propane generator, Solar hookup with two panels, One power awning and one manual awning. It has a full component stereo system by Sony and a TV in the bedroom. The storage capacity is phenomenal, inside and out.
During our two year ownership we have done routine and other maintenance as needed.
Things replaced during that time: Roof Air ($1500), Carbon monoxide detector ($150), Xantrex Inverter ($1200), all 4 house batteries-Interstate Brand (over $600).
Things needed: The wheels. If you are going to trailer it you may want to invest in some wheels. I've replaced one and it doesn't match the others. Since it has been parked in a permanent spot for us we don't care about the wheels look like.
A couple of the electrical outlets are not functioning.

All of that being said the price has been adjusted accordingly. I rated it as "good" condition because of the cosmetic issues noted but fundamentally it is in excellent condition and has been well cared for by three owners. With the cost of rent these days this is a great option for an "apartment". I have the DRV Mobile Suites Fifth Wheel priced at fair market value and hope you feel it is fair. It is best to see the trailer in person and see how beautiful it is. It is currently I can deliver it for a cost of $2.50 per mile, up to 50 miles. Thanks for looking!
