Inside has been remodeled and everything works and is in excellent condition.

One queen size bed,2 bunks and table easily folds down to sleep 2. Additional storage is under the bed.
Airconditioning and heat. Heater was never used as we used an electrical heater. AC roof cover was recently replaced.
New covers for table cushions that can be removed and washed.
Working stove and oven which we never used as we set up an outside stovetop. Working microwave.
The camper has never leaked.
We disconnected the shower faucet to install multiple shelving systems in the shower area and bathroom walls (see photos) as we used the campground showers. The plumbing can be reconnected if you want to use the water again as we have the parts. Hot water heater if you want to reconnect the water system.
All insect screens recently replaced and screens were added to windows that did not have them for better airflow. Covers were added to roof vents so you can keep the vents open when you want without rain getting in.
Recently painted with benjamin moore paint. Newer luxury vinyl flooring. We just added a removable carpet flooring to help our senior dog from slipping. You can keep or easily lift to expose the vinyl flooring.

Has both TV antenna and a radio with outside antenna.
Wall shoe rack. Wall thick cork boards to hang photos or paper.

After its purchase as new, the camper was never moved from its location so there are nominal miles.
The camper is currently at the cedar falls campground in hazelhurst wisconsin. We are selling to buy a larger camper next year. We would like to keep possession of the trailer until october 1 but are negotiable.
