It is a 2002 Newmar Mountain Aire that I bought new in 2003. Sticker price was in the mid $80s. It has a dual wheel tandem axle (8 tires on ground) with MorRide suspension. Spare tire in rear compartment with battery. Exterior compartments on both sides and front. 3 slideouts, one in bedroom and one on each side of the camper. Large roll up awning.
Interior has oak wood throughout. Bedroom up front with shower, lavatory with drawers and cabinets. Toilet with fan. Ceramic tile on floor. Full width closet and additional smaller closet. Dressing counter with lights and window.
Kitchen in middle with double sink, lots of cabinets above and below, microwave, pantry, refrigerator, gas stove with oven, dinette table with 4 upholstered chairs, wood floor in this area, 2 a/c units, 2 gas furnaces.
Rear area has carpet on floor, 2 leather recliners, sofa with hideabed, computer table with drawers on each side, TV space above the desk with cabinets on both sides. Upper cabinets above the full width rear windows.
