Complete mini trailer with kitchen, oven, range, diner with two bench cushioned seats, Dometic refrigerator and freezer, double kitchen sink, bathroom with sink, toilet, shower, vanity, and storage. Full-size lower bed and fold-out bunk bed or shelf above. Original interior. Pretty yellows, browns, and oranges!!

All appliances including built-in wall heater run on gas, and fridge is DUAL-powered to run on electricity as well:
110 and propane. Lighting is 110 AC and 12 volt (both).
No current leaks. Sealed roof. Note: It leaked a little bit at the two end corners on the previous owner (30 years ago?) Where the back closet and restroom are. He fixed it. That never leaked on us. Around top center vent we got a few DROPS coming through in 2020 when we bought it, so we mastic-sealed the entire top roof. Has been stored under a canopy for 5 years.
Original tires in excellent condition. Back then, rubber was REAL!! Original, shiny hubcaps!! We are only the second owners. First owners used the trailer mildly, passed on, and the Prowler was stored for 20 years by their children!!!! I will throw in the original jello and Kool aid packets still in the trailer from the 1980s!! They are still edible!!
Trailer was never smoked in. No drugs or alcohol. Kept clean. No accidents.
Original wallpaper has come off somewhat. TONS OF STORAGE. Bench storage, bunk beds, kitchen cabinets, bathroom, nook cupboards by front door.
