I purchased in 2024 and am the 2nd owner. Due to family and health issues I was unable to use it. Original owner used it once per year and had it cleaned and wax by third party. It has been stored under roof most of its life. This is a pre-pandemic build! I was told the canopy was replace just before I purchased it and it is very clean as the pics reveal. I just installed 5 new Good Year Endura Tires ($1400). It has a $1,000+ BlueOX hitch, covered roof vents, upgraded toilet w/ spray wand, storage slide box, 1 power vent, wi-fi booster and rear camera. Replacement cost is over $40k. Like thousand of RV's it had issues with the upholstery. It needs recliners. The 6ft Jack Knife sofa w/ cloth upholstery is new. Two of the dinning chairs have a slightly different colored seat cushion. No Queen mattress. It has 1 AC which I think is a plus because a 50amp cord is a very difficult thing to deal with and many RV sites can't accommodate them. The roof is in excellent condition. No delamination. Unit is ready to roll. Price is firm. I am located in Hendersonville, NC.
