2017 Chevy Express 6.0L. 26K miles. Lightly used and very well maintained. 10/10 inside and out. No rust underneath. All black awning in perfect condition. Always dumped/ cleaned inside & out/ covered back up after every use. Huge gas saver being a 6.0L and very easy to drive only being 26ft long. Brand new wheel simulators (covers) really makes the RV look extra clean. Body is in great condition with no paint chips or decals fading/ discoloring. No roof leaks whatsoever. RV gets professionally detailed inside/out the beginning of every season. Inside still looks like it did when it was brand new. No chips in cabinets/No floor damage/ No Stains, Rips or Tears in the seats or anything like that. A lot of deep storage cabinets. Upgraded options are bedroom mattress, porch LED strip, front swivel seat, LED tail lights, rear driver side pull out table on the outside along with outside TV/Stereo Entertainment (pictured). 2 TVs inside 1 outside. 186hrs on recently serviced generator. The RVs oil was changed every 4K. Shower never used and AC unit has maybe five hours of run time on it. I used the power vent to keep the RV cool at night. This RV has no issues whatsoever and everything works as it should. Would not hesitate to leave tonight and drive across country with it. I have all the paperwork, manuals to everything. RV comes completely stocked with everything you need to go camping this weekend. Pots, pans, propane tank is full, etc. Also comes with many many extras including spare tire, oil, hoses, cab sun cover, privacy curtains and much more. This was my first camper and was very pleased with how easy it was to use. Nothing over the top. Great for someone who is just getting into RVing. Always winterized.
