Very nice used less than 1 week per year and always stored indoors. This is a great lightweight camper that we use when we go to the lake and it allows us to tow our boat and leaves the truck with plenty of excess power. It has:

I have the RAM tiedowns that mount to the frame if you need them. I also will give you the storage stand on casters that allow us to move it out of the way in the shed while stored and provide support so the jacks dont handle all the weight and torque when stored.

This is a really great way to stuff so much comfort into a short bed pickup. I didn’t want to give up the crew cab, and I wanted to maintain the ability to tow my boat. This does it all!

We are ready to move up to the fifth wheel since we are retiring and will have more than 1 week a year in the campground. We are so ready that we are pricing this at the lowest level on this site even though it is awesome condition for its age.
