Description

For sale- 2021 Heartland Torque 378 toy hauler. One owner, never been smoked in, no pets, very well maintained and cared for. We bought this trailer in April of 2021 largely due to the fact that its build date preceded the Covid induced shortages that were beginning to cause problems in the RV industry. Since purchasing, we have upgraded several things on it and taken very good care of it. Everything is in working order and ready for the new owner.

All window treatments were upgraded to blackout roller shades in the living area. The interior is in excellent shape and there is minimal wear and tear. It has been fully cleaned and shows better than a lot of new RVs on the lots. I reinforced the closet rod in the master closet when the original design failed. There is a swivel TV mount that I added in the bedroom as well.

This floor plan features a 14 foot garage, which is large enough for even a 4-seater SxS. Included with the sale will be a Splendide ventless washer/dryer combo and an enclosed cabinet as shown in the pictures. The Happi-Jac mattress and folding recliners in the garage are basically new since I removed them shortly after we bought the RV and didnt put them back in until we decided to sell.

As for other upgrades, I recently upgraded the suspension to the Roadmaster Comfort Ride slipper spring system that adds shock absorbers to the axles with new leaf springs, At the same time, I added the MorRyde X-factor braces on the front and rear axle. The original 16 wheels and tires have been replaced by 17.5 wheels with Goodyear G114 215/75-17.5 tires with a matching spare. All 4 wheels have Centramatic balancers installed as well. I have also added an external sewer hose tube under the garage.

This trailer came fairly well equipped from the factory as well including a Cummins Onan generator (just over 50 hours of run time), Lippert 6 point electric auto leveling system, refueling station with a 30 gallon tank that also feeds the generator, dual 30 lb propane tanks, 100 gallon fresh water, 85 gallon black tank, 2 gray water tanks totaling 80 gallons, 18 main awning (w/ never used BNIB awning extender shade), another electric awning over the ramp door, large residential style refrigerator that runs on electric and propane, 3 burner stove, solid surface counter tops, convection oven/microwave, porcelain toilet, 3 15,000 BTU air conditioners (bedroom, living room, garage), 6 gallon propane/electric water heater, outdoor kitchen with 2 burner propane stove, and small refrigerator.

The RV was always stored under a roof or inside of a shop when not being used. The exterior still shines. The tires were always covered to prevent drying out in the sun as well.
