I can send you all of the standard spec if you'd like, but those are general to every Reflection so I thought it would be more beneficial to simply mention the information that pertains only to THIS Reflection. We bought it used from a couple in Alabama who used it only 3-4 times, so it was basically brand new. We've owned it for about a year and lived in it for the last several months. Everything works well and it kept us cool in the hot months and warm in the winter months. It's rated for 4 seasons, but we're in TN and only experienced a few days of below freezing temps. The AC keeps up on those 90 plus temperature days though!
