Our camper is in great condition! Usage has trailed off as the kids have gotten older. It's time for someone else to enjoy it.

The best thing about pop-up campers is that you get that outdoor camping tent feel, but with all the extra space, a comfortable bed, and many other creature comforts.

The "SE" stands for Sports Enthusiast, and means everything is a bit more rugged looking, bigger tires. and the extra clearance actually helps a lot.

Sleeps six very comfortably, and you can squeeze in a couple more smalls if you like. It includes a king-sized bed, queen-sized bed, a gaucho that converts to approximately the size of a twin mattress, and the dinnette converts to a kid-sized bed. It's actually much more spacious than most hard-sided campers in the same size category.

Kitchen area includes a sink and dual-burner cooktop, mini three-way fridge.

Has a furnace, which helps with colder weather camping.

There is a power lift to raise/lower the roof, which operates on battery or while plugged in. (It also has a hand-crank option if you lose power).

It does have a hot water heater, but that's the one bit that needs some maintenance. The anode rode needs to be replaced, and/or the thread for the rod needs some major cleanup, or it's possible the hot water unit should be replaced. In practice, we haven't used or needed the hot water - we tend to do our dishes at the washing stations.

It does have a outdoor shower sprayer, which is great for quick rinses of you, your pets, and your gear. We sometimes bring a small portable toilet, and sometimes leave it at home.

There's a 20 gallon onboard water tank great when water hookups are unavailable.

Has an outdoor awning and bright outdoor lighting.

Maybe the best feature: the outdoor "deck". You can fit 2-4 bikes, other dirty stuff, gear boxes, and don't forget, your portable toilet when it's "full".

One thing we love the most is plugging our Camp Chef griddle into the camper's gas line for easy cooking (it took me three tries before I found the right adapter).

Has a bunch of other bells and whistles that we mostly don't use, other than the built-in bluetooth speakers.

The vinyl/canvas and screens have no rips.

We installed an extra battery, and a solar panel which helps extend battery run-time off the grid.

It's mostly been stored in a garage, so condition is great.

Looking for a quick and painless sale, plenty of time left to take it out this season. Happy to train the new owner on all the ins and outs.
