2019 Pioneer QB 300. This model does have a rear bunk room and front bedroom. It is a 30 amp unit. It has tank less water heater, a brand new AC unit and a residential size queen bed. I also have several accessories I will leaving with the RV including a blueox stabilizing tow hitch system. The RV does have a salvage title. The previous owner ripped the awning causing some small holes on the siding. I replaced the awning with an OEM one when I bought it in 2020. I have attached a very detailed YouTube video about the RV. In this video I talk about the bathtub having a crack that was epoxied. I will be ordering a new tub from the manufacture.
