Description

Sugar Magnolia 2017 Oliver Elite II Hull# 264 (twin bed layout), is ready for a new home. I have health issues and simply cant do the work anymore. I just got back from the mothership getting a variety of things done, including the annual service. We wanted to be sure shes in top shape for her new home. The full list of what was done on this trip to Holenwald is documented in the photos.
In addition to the routine maintenance, a recall for a new burner was replaced in the Truma on-demand water heater which makes it practically new given it is the part of the device that does most of the workit surprised me how big it actually is. Accounts for how quickly you get hot water!

We maintained her well, and she has been under a roof mostly, except when she hangs out at home before and after a trip, doing work on her, etc. Weve put about 5K miles on her - beach, mountains, river - all in the mid-Atlantic region. The previous owner put about the same amount. Weve had her since 20. Here's a list of the important things weve done recently:
New AGM batteries (four)
New MaxxAir fan
New carbon monoxide detector.
New Delta bathroom faucet with shower hose
New control panel for the Dometic refrigerator
New shock bushings (listed on the list of things done on the service trip recently- its worth noting because it is both important and easy to miss)
The only other thing I can think of that she will need is new tires in a year or two, but theyre fine for now. She really is in good shape.
During a previous service trip we installed a:
Bike rack
New Bull Dog hitch installed at the recommendation of the service guys. (the hitch was a slight upgrade as I recall)
A list of all of the upgrades when she was purchased is listed on one of the photos.
Lots of extra, essential must-haves are included. The following is the list of most of them:
Nice heavy stainless flatware, service for four. Chefs knife and a slew of various cooking accessories, including paper towel holder.
Various pots and pans
Broom and dust pan ( dont laugh! )
Surge protector
20 of gas hose. (Female gas outlet on the front is a godsend )
Sewage hose 15( I think), along with various fittings and a macerator pump with 100 feet of 1 hoseall in a separate black tote
A sewage hose slinky (supports the hose at the camp site for better flow - important!)
There are two feet of sewage hose I keep in the rear bumper terminated with a blade valve.
A 30 gallon turd tote (its what we callem in RV world! You dont need it until you need it!) with an arm that attaches to the hitch ball
Potable water hoses, pressure regulator and fittings in a blue tote
Bedding if you want it (it in very good shape and is shown in the photos)
Two red Anderson jack stands
Four wheel chocks
A bunch of fittings, along with my junk drawer ( bin with all kinds of important odds and ends)
A 1 ¼ wrench in case the Anderson weight distribution chains need adjusting.
I know Im missing a thing or two, but you should have enough stuff to go right out and enjoy yourself. Sorry all of the outdoor camping stuff- cooking, chairs, tables, etc.- were keeping.
