2017 Keystone Cougar X-Lite 25RES 5th Wheel - 28'11 ft long ~1400 pin weight

Original owners with title in hand. RV has only been used for family camping trips - never lived in. Well taken care of, like new inside and out. Couch is like new, cover has been on its entire life. No tears/peeling. The leaf springs were all replaced when adding wet bolt shackles and new Goodyear Endurance tires (including spare) in the spring of 2023. Entire RV washed/waxed twice a year, (including roof). Regular maintenance on all roof sealant. Wheel bearing inspected and greased yearly. Only selling because we moved to a bunkhouse for more room for the kids.

Just added two brand new RV/Marine 12V deep cycle batteries. Upgraded to a memory foam mattress in 2022. RV was inspected and the flooring was replaced by Keystone at their factory location in 2023 as it had a manufacturing defect that was corrected (bad seal inside the wheel well). Due to this, flooring main living is updated and slightly different than hall/bath flooring. As seen in last photos, there is a small delam area in front of entry door and above window on driver side. Inspected by keystone when floor was repaired. They inspected and said was a glue failure, no water intrusion detected when replacing floor. Local shop had same conclusion, prior to sending back to keystone.

Comes with an extra 10ft, 30amp extension cord, 30amp progressive industries surge protector, new water hose and RV tire monitoring system to track tire pressure when towing.
