We are selling our winter home due to health. 2013 BlueRidge by Forest River. This model has a full outdoor kitchen complete with refrigerator/freezer, microwave , 2 burner gas stove, sink with hot and cold water and a TV. Living room has theater seating and a sofa that makes into a bed. Kitchen has plenty of storage with pantry next to refrigerator. Steps to bath and bedroom are on oposie side of door and there is a linen closet in the hall. Bedroom has dresser as well drawers in the closet. Washer dryer hook ups in the closet also.

Unit has been serviced by Ketelsen RV, and/or ATC RV each fall and spring. Newer tires with less than 4k miles on them. Batteries are 2 years old. Wheel bearings have been recently packed.

Could use a new awning, but it does not leak. This unit has been well maintained and is a great unit to go to Florida, Texas, Arizona or just week end camping.
